Installation
Your initial implementation of Dynamics GP starts with a diagnostic of your current environment and financial system. We use Microsoft’s Sure Step Methodology to guide you through a five-step process that ensures that your requirements are met the day you deploy the system.
Upgrades
The current version of Dynamics GP is Dynamics GP 18. If you are running version 2016, version 2015, version 2013, or an earlier version, and your enhancement is current, NextLevel will upgrade your GP databases and programs to the current version. Help Desk
Stuck batch? Searched for the error message and found nothing? NextLevel can help. We troubleshoot Dynamics GP problems on a daily basis, and you don’t even have to be a current customer. Still running GP 2010? NextLevel supports earlier versions of Great Plains as long as it is practicable to do so. Contact us and get help within two hours, billed at standard rates on a time-and-materials basis.
Training
NextLevel provides customized, one-on-one training, typically using GoToMeeting over the Internet. Did a key user leave without documenting any of her processes? Train new employees in their specific functions to get them up to speed quickly. Training sessions include our famous “Cheat Sheets” as a take-away, so that each student can refer to the steps and screen shots long after the training session is done. Training is billed by the hour, not by the head, so you can have up to 15 people training for the same price as one person.
